The Katja apartment, like its neighbor, is a combination of modern style and recycled details, including old cabinets and lights made of recycled iron. The kitchen made of old brushed boards is fully equipped for all needs. It includes three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, an extendable sofa with two beds, a smart TV and free WiFi. Panoramic windows with blinds offer stunning views and plenty of light. Heating is via an underfloor system with recuperation and a heat pump, and air conditioning ensures comfort on summer days. It shares a communal sauna with lounge chairs and a club room with TV and wine cabinet.
